I have two rescue Jack Russells.
One is a 5kilo bundle of energy, always on the go. Running, defending, playing, cuddling and barking are young Ruby's favourite activities. She's not keen on rain or wind, but enjoys getting up a mountain, sometimes with some human assistance. She has a favourite person (lucky me!).
Stan's favourite activity is sleeping and his second is eating. But some days, it's eating first and sleeping second. He was afraid to leave the house when we first brought him home: after much encouragement, he now enjoys a steady walk, sometimes even in a pack (although he always hangs out at the back, preferable on his own he still seems to enjoy being around other dogs).
Just like human's dogs come with all kinds of personalities, hangups and motivations. Sometimes these traits need to be worked around, some shaken up a bit and some smoothed out. Health coaching is a bit like that too, sometimes we need to find new ways to sooth ourselves, sometimes we need a bit of a shake up and sometimes we need to work around blocks to change to get where we want to. I aim to help you with these traits and help you to get you in direction you want to go.
